YOUR MISSION

As the Head of Sales, your mission is to become the engine of growth for SQUAKE and therefore also help our world becoming faster CO2 neutral. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive you to understand prospects’ problems so well that you can efficiently convert them into customers and pave the way for SQUAKE’s rapid growth ambitions. You are are reporting to and working closely with the founders to further develop the funnel and build the perfect foundation for scaling the process and hire the right people for your team to support your mission.

 

THE ROLE

  • Be responsible for the development of SQUAKE`s prospects becoming paying clients
  • Own the entire tool landscape from Hubspot to reporting Dashboards
  • Set performance expectations, KPI`s and incentive schemes
  • Learn with prospective customers about their challenges, opportunities, perspectives and priorities.
  • Respond to client needs at high speed and lead your team to turn them into revenues based on your customer learnings
  • Stay involved and frequently step back from customer conversations, identifying ways and patterns on where to pivot if necessary.
  • Hire and lead the sales team, from SDR`s to account executives

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a rapidly scaling B2B sales organization
  • Outstanding track record in previous sales roles
  • Having build, scaled and led sales teams 
  • You are motivated to crack the nut and you do not give up until you reach your goal
  • You are self-critical and able to deal constructively with feedback.
  • You speak German and English fluently.

PREFERRED  QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree  in business or related fields
  • Work experience in the climate-tech ecosystem
