Creating value with an “innovation toolbox”
The Innovation Trail prepares Lufthansa Group employees for the future of the travel industry by giving them the right tools and providing them with a general understanding of what innovative working means.
The 9-week online training is divided into three phases: ideation, exploration and validation. The participants work in teams to solve a real challenge from the Lufthansa Group, which is provided in advance by a "challenge sponsor”.
Together, the team develops their idea into a viable MVP and creates a relevant solution. Special emphasis is placed on customer centricity and extensive testing of the prototype. At the end of the learning journey, the idea is pitched to a jury.
