Lufthansa digital customer service
The Lufthansa customer service app allows customers to reach the Lufthansa service team electronically, and thus get faster answers to their inquiries. The app automatically provides a Lufthansa customer service agent with the customer’s personal data and the problem the customer is facing. This saves the customer precious time that would otherwise be spent on the phone explaining the issue – thanks to the app, the Lufthansa agent can get to work at solving the customer’s problem at once.
The prototype has been developed in partnership with the Product Development Passenger Service Team of Lufthansa Group and colleagues from Lufthansa InTouch.
