Why we need you!
You will play a huge role in shaping how our users engage with us on the platform and simultaneously have the chance to experience a collaborative learning environment. Be part of a small team of creative people who are passionate about making a difference in the way people move. You are eager to work in an agile environment and want to have an impact from day one, then you have found the right place at RYDES.
As part of our business development team, it is your task to understand the pains and needs of potential B2B customers and to fuel our pipeline with as many qualified leads as possible. You will be decisively involved in the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including the tools and set-up of our data driven machine. In this way, you drive our sales and play a key role in the success of RYDES.
Who you are
- Enrolled in a top-tier university related to economics, business or another related area
- Optional: You know how to deal with HubSpot or other Sales tools
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and independent in your work with high level of commitment and enthusiasm for mobility
- You are communicative, energetic and an excellent team player with an ability to solve problems
- Your entrepreneurial thinking makes you a competent contact person who not only „sells“, but also works out solutions together with potential customers in order to create true added value
- Availability for at least 3 months
- You are fluent in German and English
