Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Founders Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company, working closely with the founding team to drive growth and strategic initiatives. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and helping Cosmos achieve its ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

STRATEGIC PLANNING

• Assist the founders in strategic decision-making processes and business development
• Support the creation and execution of business plans and strategies

OPERATIONS

• Coordinate and manage key projects to ensure timely and effective execution
• Develop and implement operational processes and workflows

SALES & PARTNERSHIPS

• Assist in the preparation of sales pitches and marketing materials
• Engage with potential clients and partners to foster business relationships

Qualifications:

• You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field and have preferably completed at least three semesters of your studies
• You are a team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You already gained first experience in startup environments
• You are fluent in English
• Available for 6 months from August
