Job summary:
As an Intern Talent Acquisition (all genders), you will play a key role in supporting our recruiting efforts and strengthening the team as we grow. You will be responsible for tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining and optimizing our inbound candidate funnel, and collaborating closely with hiring teams to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience.
You will also support the broader People & Organization team in other areas when needed, contributing to the dynamic and people-oriented environment at the Lufthansa Innovation Hub. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, team-spirited, and eager to learn more about recruiting and HR processes. This role will be based in our Berlin office and will report to our HR Business Partners.
Tasks:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Maintain and update the inbound candidate funnel in collaboration with hiring managers
- Assist in posting job advertisements and managing application channels
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners and People team to improve processes and the candidate experience
- Support recruitment reporting and ensure accurate tracking of key metrics
- Provide support for other tasks within the People & Organization team as required
- Build relationships with universities and engage with future talent by organizing student visits to the Hub
- Schedule onboarding sessions and “check ins” with our newly hired employees
Profile:
- Enrolled or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Ideally, you bring first professional experience in HR, recruiting, or an administrative role
- You have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- You are a communicative, positive, and team-oriented person who thrives in collaborative environments.
- You have a strong interest in talent acquisition and the broader people/HR space.
- You are fluent in English (German language skills are a plus).
- Availability from the beginning of February for at least 6 months.
