Job summary:

Join our ambitious Transformation team where you’ll collaborate with Working Students in a co-ownership model, while being fully integrated into the team to drive meaningful impact. 

In the Transformation team we work towards the vision of unleashing everyone’s full innovation potential at Lufthansa Group and beyond. We equip employees and leaders with the mindset and skillset for driving (digital) innovation and transferring the methodologies, culture, and, structures we see at innovative and digital companies into the corporate context. For that, our team built a portfolio of products and tailored formats to upskill Lufthansa Group employees and leaders on topics like digitalization, innovation, technology, and cultural transformation.  

As Intern Transformation, you will support the design, marketing, and delivery of our transformational formats – from innovation trainings and learning journeys to community events and thought leadership content. Many of these formats take place at our office in Berlin-Mitte, where you’ll help create a unique customer experience and take charge of event hosting with service excellence in mind.  You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to connect people, ideas, and technologies that shape the future of Lufthansa Group. 

The position is located in Berlin with occasional onsite presence at the Lufthansa Group locations in Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Vienna, Zurich and Cologne.  The position is to be filled starting January / February 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, marketing and facilitation of (virtual) workshops, learning formats, and events for Lufthansa Group employees.
  • Create engaging content around innovation for our learning formats as well as our communication channels (e.g. internal channels, MIRO boards, newsletters, innovation platform).
  • Scout new exiting (LearnTech) technologies as well as general trends and translate them into our transformation formats (e.g. trainings, workshops, projects).
  • Assist with community management, including stakeholder communication and event organization.
  • Take ownership of small projects and drive operational excellence in our team processes.
  • Create a unique customer experience and take charge of event hosting, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint.

Profile:

  • Familiarity with tools like MIRO, Canva, Figma, MS Teams, or AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT) is a plus.
  • Student in a technology-, innovation-, entrepreneurship-,design/media-oriented or education-/psychology-related field (preferably with completed Bachelor’s degree).
  • First practical experience (e.g. internships) in corporate innovation, learning & development, consulting, or startups.
  • Curiosity for topics like digital transformation, innovation culture, and emerging technologies.
  • High degree of motivation, self-initiative, ownership, and a passion for hosting events.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German.
