CityLine Transformation
Co-shaping organizational purpose and culture.
How do you re-think an entire organization? You start off by distilling a shared purpose and build a new organizational setup around on it! This was our approach in redesigning CityLine's operating model as well as its existing culture back in 2022.
We supported in three steps: in phase 1 we conducted a holistic assessment of the status quo and common expectations in CityLine's cultural transformation. In phase 2 we then distilled a unique purpose as manifestation of their organizational 'Why' and derived new cultural values from it. Finally, in phase 3 we translated both purpose and values back into the organization by creating culture MVPs ('Minimum Viable Products') to bring their culture to life from day one and created a roadmap to operationalize CityLine's culture going forward.
