Platform for service relationship management
In 2023, our New Business team launched Cosmos, a platform with the goal to empower a trusted, collaborative, and data-based relationship between clients and external service providers, turning service providers into partners.
With Cosmos, both parties have access to performance dashboards as a basis for discussion. Incidents are collected on the platform. Cosmos then encourages the service provider to leave comments and shed more light on the problems, so that clients can make informed contractual decisions in real time, also allowing for incentive-mechanisms and reinvestments into the service provider. Cosmos encourages and documents this interaction, enriches it with further data and leverages advanced machine-learning capabilities to uncover patterns and details that were previously inaccessible.
