Job summary:

You are responsible for product operations for one of our portfolio ventures, aligning with internal and external stakeholders and our internal development team.

Responsibilities:

Operations support

• Processing of support requests and entering required details into internal development tools
• Managing support requests and end-to-end process, from incident reporting to fulfilment and communication
• Coordination with the development team to ensure timely execution of requests
• Informing external stakeholders about expected turnaround times and progress for each support request

Product management support

• Receiving business requirements from business stakeholders and briefing of the development team
• Translation of business requirements into technical requirements
• Collecting questions from the development team and obtain answers from business stakeholders
• You work with the LIH project leads to align expectations about development scope and timeline with business stakeholders
• Grooming and refinement of backlog, closely working with the development team and business stakeholders

Profile:

• You are pursuing a degree in Product Management or Engineering
• Good communication skills verbal and written
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
• Previous experience in working with developers, preferably in a product or project management role
• Previous experience in working with ticketing systems, API tools or troubleshooting
• Affinity towards the travel and mobility sector
• Fluency in English
• Available for at least one year
