Job summary:
You are responsible for product operations for one of our portfolio ventures, aligning with internal and external stakeholders and our internal development team.
Responsibilities:
Operations support
- Processing of support requests and entering required details into internal development tools
- Managing support requests and end-to-end process, from incident reporting to fulfilment and communication
- Coordination with the development team to ensure timely execution of requests
- Informing external stakeholders about expected turnaround times and progress for each support request
Product management support
- Receiving business requirements from business stakeholders and briefing of the development team
- Translation of business requirements into technical requirements
- Collecting questions from the development team and obtain answers from business stakeholders
- You work with the LIH project leads to align expectations about development scope and timeline with business stakeholders
- Grooming and refinement of backlog, closely working with the development team and business stakeholders
Profile:
- You are pursuing a degree in Product Management or Engineering
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
- Previous experience in working with developers, preferably in a product or project management role
- Previous experience in working with ticketing systems, API tools or troubleshooting
- Affinity towards the travel and mobility sector
- Fluency in English
- Available for at least one year
